Spotted this morning was a filthy white van in the faded livery of a hygiene services company (who shall remain unnamed unless I see it again!). What is that all about? A brand lives and dies on the concept of TME - Total Marketing Effect - and in this example, all the design, advertising, literature, sales promotion, smart salespeople and whatever else will be overshadowed by a filthy van. Especially for a hygiene services business!
