B2B TV has been set up to take advantage of the growing usage of online video, and is a resource of business news, ideas and information for Kiwi businesses.

The website (at http://B2BTV.co.nz) is still in development, but already features a carefully-selected collection of business videos relevant to New Zealand organisations. Local businesses will be able to promote their services by providing informational videos to the site, and B2B TV will soon be beginning a regular series of business-related videos about topics of relevance to New Zealand companies.

Online video is growing in importance in New Zealand and elsewhere; and it's proving a valuable tool for improving sales results -- US retailer Zappos reports sales gains of between 6% and 30% for products featuring video demonstrations. Video production costs are coming down as well, with a new breed of small production facilities emerging in response to the increasing interest in the medium.
