I always appreciate the kind words of people who know the marketing and brand business, such as the anonymous call 4 years ago from someone in the marketing field complimenting my company logo. I know what I like and what makes me feel good and if I can bring a little of that joy to my customers, while giving the very best service and showing my gratitude for them choosing my business(for whatever reason). That is what makes my day complete, it is about the journey and frankly if I didn't wash my car each day I would be short changing myself and thereby everyone else. In short I love my job but more than that I love "the way I go about it". I meet people everyday that have amazed me with their passion on any particular subject, and from their excitement you know that it is news to them too! We all have something special to give, we just need an avenue to bring it to fruition.
