Janine Tindale - business mentor, trainer and planning consultant – Associate

Janine has been working in strategic business management for nearly 20 years. During this time, she has held a number of senior positions and developed many cross‐functional competencies, such as business reengineering, change management, training and facilitation, guest speaking and business personnel coaching.

She has worked in a variety of industries, including agriculture, building, retail, research, and newspaper publishing. In each organisation, she has made significant changes to the structure and performance of her teams, with positive results.

Key positions include National Marketing Manager and National Sales and Marketing Director ‐ CD Marketing Communications, Business Manager Food, Business Manager Training and National Sales & Marketing Manager AgriQuality New Zealand. General Manager Client Services TNS New Zealand Limited. Plus consulting roles for a number of New Zealands’ top companies including, NZ Steel, The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, Carters, Vector, Mathius International, Wrightsons, Richmond Meats, Air New Zealand Cargo and 3M. She is also a business mentor for both Enterprise North Shore and Enterprise Rodney, where she assists small business owners in a variety of different areas of their business planning.

Certainly a highlight of her career was winning the Westpac Trust and North Shore Business Enterprise – Excellence in Marketing Award, an award created to recognise businesses that are clear leaders in the field of marketing.
