Over that time, as the needs and expectations of New Zealanders have changed, BNZ has responded and led with innovative new services and a willingness to evolve the way they approach things.
This was reflected in the commissioning of The Marketing Bureau to develop and implement a Presentation Skills Training Programme for a variety of personnel from a number of different areas of the bank’s operations.
The Objective was to ensure that the Brand characteristics, personality and attributes were reflected on any occasion any of the team addressed any audience in any situation.
We have also implemented Media Skills Training Programmes amongst senior management teams.
